Yucca valida
Stammbildend, im Alter verzweigt, bis über 10 m Höhe erreichend. Mit gelbgrünen, steifen, rinnigen Blättern, die mit variablen Randfäden besetzt sind und lange am Stamm verbleiben.
Mexiko: Endemisch in der Baja California.
Ebenen und flache Hügellandschaften mit steinigen Böden in Höhenlagen zwischen 200 und 900 m ü. NN.
Frosthärtepotential bis ca. –12 °C. Nässeempfindlich. Kübelkultur in Mitteleuropa.
Bemerkungen/Taxonomie
Die Art besitzt Ähnlichkeit mit Yucca filifera und Y. decipiens, mit denen sie nahe verwandt ist.
